Itinerary

Today, the exciting journey to see Mount Everest begins. After breakfast, you'll take a short drive to the airport and then hop on a 30-minute flight to one of the most beautiful airports in the world, surrounded by the Himalayas. Once you land in Lukla, take a couple of hours to enjoy the stunning views and let your body get used to the big change in altitude from Kathmandu. Then, you'll start on our clear trail for the first day, soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The path goes downhill, and you'll see Kusum Kangaru, a tall mountain. You'll come across a Buddhist monastery, prayer flags, prayer wheels, farmland, and cozy teahouses along the way. Finally, you'll reach Phakding village, a small Sherpa village known for its warm hospitality. You'll spend the night at a comfortable tea house in Phakding.
Our trekking day began with a quick breakfast of instant meals, and we set off walking along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges. As we moved forward, the stunning snow-capped Thamserku Mountain came into view. We entered Sagarmatha National Park on this route, passed through Jorsale, took a brief break at Chautara to soak in the scenery, and eventually reached the bustling Namche Bazaar. We spent the night at a cozy tea house in Namche Bazaar.
The way to the Everest hotel is a nice walk on a hill. You might see yaks or a Himalayan Tahr, which is like a wild goat, on the cliffs. You will see the hotel once you're close because it hides behind a ridge and big fir trees. When you reach Hotel Everest View, you can dine with the breathtaking view of the surroundings.  After enjoying the view, we keep walking to the Sherpa villages of Khunde and Khumjung. If you have the chance, ask your guide to show you the Khumjung Monastery, where they say they have the scalp of a Yeti. After visiting the villages, we will return to Namche by going around the small airstrip at Syangboche.
Our day unfolds with a gradual descent along the scenic trails of the Everest View trek, treating us to diverse and captivating vistas while providing valuable insights into the Sherpa lifestyle. As we meander down the trails, there's ample opportunity to revisit the cherished memories created during this remarkable journey.  The day culminates in Lukla, where we finalize arrangements for a domestic flight to Kathmandu. In the evening, we come together with our team to enjoy a delightful dinner at a local tea house, sharing stories and reflections on the adventures we've experienced throughout this incredible Trek.
Waking up early in the morning and getting refreshed in the hotel, you will have a quick breakfast. After that, you will board a domestic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu, you will have plenty of time to enjoy shopping and strolling around the local streets. Or else, you simply take a rest at your hotel.

Best Time of Year for the Everest View Trek

Are you confused when to do the Everest View Trek? Well, then, the best time for the Trek is in spring and autumn. It is due to the perfect weather conditions. The sky is super clear; there is hardly any rainfall and no pesky clouds, which will block the views. In Nepal, summer brings along the refreshing rains. Chances of heavy rainfall are higher during the month of summer. But it doesn’t mean every day there will be rainfall. Everest View Trek Difficulty

The Everest View Trek is a short and short and easy trip that gives a close view of the highest mountain in the world without reaching Everest Base Camp. However, this trek is not like walking in the park. The trekking route involves hiking along the rocky mountain, steep ascents, descents, and straightforward paths. 

This Trek is especially for beginners of all age groups. You don’t need any special skills for this Trek; it’s not a technical climb. Transportation

We will provide you with a private vehicle to reach you at the airport for the Everest View Trek. Then, you will take a domestic flight from the airport to Lukla. Kathmandu to Lukla two-way flight is conducted by Tara Airlines, Summit (Goma) Air, and Sita Air. Weather is unpredictable in the high altitude areas, so there is a high chance of flight cancellation. It is not guaranteed, so we recommend trekking in the best season and booking early for affordable fares.

Accommodation and Meals during the Trek

At Kathmandu: You will be staying in the standard room chosen by you. You can get the facility of wifi and showers free of cost while staying in Kathmandu.

At tea house: while trekking in the high altitude areas, you will stay in the tea house. Most of the tea houses are basic in that they provide the basic facility of food, beds, wifi, electricity, and a bathroom. But you have to pay an extra buck to use the facility’s wifi and electricity. Even though the rooms are basic, it is comfortable. Most of the bathroom that you’ll find is simple squat type. The bathroom will be on a shared basis, and for the hot water shower, you have to pay extra bucks. Three meals are provided during the trekking days: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these meals will be included in the package.

For breakfast: Bread, Eggs, Pancakes, Porridge, Muesli or cornflakes with hot milk, rice pudding and Nepali bread.

For lunch and dinner: Dal Bhat, Momos, Thukpa, Pasta and macaroni, Pizza and Sandwiches, Spaghetti and Sherpa Stew

For hot beverages: Black tea, milk tea, lemon tea, mint tea, ginger tea, herbal tea, coffee, etc

Important Documents and Items:
