Infinite Nepal Family Tour includes the main sites of Nepal, which are easy to travel to and give you the authentic taste of Nepal’s visit. The tour begins with a sightseeing day in Kathmandu. Then we will witness beautiful sunrise from Nagarkot hill. Continuing the tour, we will drive to Chitwan. Here we will have a great time in Chitwan National Park doing Elephant and jeep safari also the canoe ride. Tharu dance in Sarah is another highlight to the trek that takes you close to the locals and their traditions.
Moving ahead, the Infinite Nepal Family Tour takes you to the birthplace of Lord Buddha – Lumbini, which resembles peace and humanity. There are many monasteries and temples in Lumbini to visit, along with Maya Devi Temple, where Gautam Buddha was born. Continuing the journey, we will go to the city of lakes – Pokhara. We have added a short trek to Dhampus to this tour so that you can experience the beauty of the walk. This trek to Dhampus is relatively short yet mesmerizing as you get a panoramic view of the Himalayas and a night stay in Gurung homestay.
We will end this short trek in Sarangkot that gives you a fantasizing view of Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and the idea of the entire Pokhara city. Then we will wrap up our tour with the sightseeing around beautiful Pokhara. The tour ends in Kathmandu. The Infinite Nepal Family Tour is set up for the convenience of the tourists who want to capture more in a few days. We can add other places if you want any changes in the itinerary packages. The Infinite Nepal team’s main priority is to make your journey in Nepal memorable.
After you arrive at the airport, a representative from Infinite Nepal will be waiting at the departure gate. He will transfer you to the decided hotel. After keeping the luggage and freshening up, you can sightsee the nearby places.
As a welcome party, we will be arranging a dinner with Nepali cuisine in the evening. We will have some chit-chats about the journey schedules too. Overnight stay in the hotel in Kathmandu.
We will start the day with a warm breakfast and start the sightseeing. Kathmandu valley has many historically and culturally rich places, yet we will try to visit as many sites as possible. We will go to Pashupatinath Temple for a great start, which has great importance among Hindu pilgrims. After visiting Pashupatinath, we will visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the three important stupas in Kathmandu. The stupa holds a large number of pilgrims from Buddhist followers.
We will have our lunch and leave for Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The durbar was the royal palace of Bhaktapur Kingdom. Then we will head to Patan Durbar Square (Palace of Malla Kings). Both the durbar squares are rich in art and architecture, holding historical importance. Finally, we will end the day with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur Durbar Kshetra), which looks even beautiful in the evening.
Then we will return to the hotel for the night.Today we will go for a sunrise view in Nagarkot. To witness the sunrise, we will have to leave quite early. We should reach Nagarkot before 6 am. Nagarkot is a scenic hill station located 32 km east of the Kathmandu valley, offering breathtaking sunrise views.
Nagarkot is a highly demanded destination of local and international tourists; it offers a panoramic view of mountain ranges and hills. People often go for a night out in Nagarkot to view the sunset and enjoy the luxurious resorts. You can find many resorts and hotels in Nagarkot due to the high demand for tourists. We will enjoy our lunch in the beautiful resort of Nagarkot. We will spend the entire day here because we are not missing the sunset view too.
Our tour outside the valley begins; we will leave for Chitwan early in the morning to spend more time there. We’ll take a drive along the scenic Prithvi Highway. There might be some ups and downs in the timing due to unexpected traffic jams on the way. The route is scenic as it follows the Trishli River and beautiful green hills.
Once you arrive in Chitwan, you’ll head to your hotel in Sauraha, the main gateway to Chitwan National Park. After being freshened up, we will walk around Sarah, where you will mainly see Tharu communities. We will be joining the Tharu dance cultural show, which is from 6:00 pm to 8:pm. Enjoy lively traditional Nepali dances like the Danda Nach (Stick Dance), Mayur Nach (Peacock Dance), and Ago Nach (Fire Dance). You will have a magical evening to witness this unique cultural program. We will end the day with a bone fire in the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel in Chitwan.
Today we will take a safari in Chitwan National Park. You have various options for safari. Chitwan National Park is the shelter for more than 525 birds, 50 mammals, and 55 amphibians and reptiles. You can go on an elephant safari, jeep safari, canoe ride, jungle walk, etc.; the choice is all yours. We will take a jeep safari as it has comfortable seats and can go deeper in the jungle ( bright colored dress will scare animals, so wear dark colors like black, grey, dark green, etc.).
Then we will take a short elephant ride as elephants can go near the wild animals. All the rides are safe and done under the instructions of the guide and riders. Then we will take a quick canoe ride to relax on the shores of the river. From here, you will get a thrilling view of crocodiles and various species of birds. We will end the day with a beautiful sunset view from the jhulungey pool. Finally, we will return to the hotel after such a beautiful day.Leaving Lumbini, we will continue our journey towards the city of lakes – Pokhara. You also have an alternative to reach Pokhara that is by air. We have chosen the roadway to keep up with the budget and make you friendly with the scenic view, but you can choose.
After driving for 5 to 6 hours, we’ll arrive in Pokhara. We will check into the hotel by the lakeside for the perfect view. You can spend the evening walking around, boating the Phewa Lake, and enjoying some live music in restaurants. Overnight stay in the lakeside hotel in Pokhara.We will take an early leave for our short trek to Dhampus. This trek fits perfectly for people who admire quick and easy walks for great views. The tour starts from Phedi. From there, we’ll take a quick drive to Phedi and begin a two-and-a-half-hour trek to the charming village of Dhampus. This trek will take you into the countryside experience along with majestic mountains views.
From the Dhampus hill, you can witness the Annapurna ranges, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt. Lamjung, and more. You will see a mesmerizing sunset on the mountains in the evening and incredible sunrise over the Himalayas. The trek to Dhampus takes you to the peaceful Gurung village. We will book a homestay in this village, allowing you to enjoy the traditions and lifestyle of locals. Overnight stay in Dhampus Gurung village.
Starting the day with the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas from Dhampus Hill, we will drive to Sarangkot. From Dhampus, take a quick 45-minute drive to Sarangkot, where you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise view. Sarangkot is a hill on the western side of Pokhara at an altitude of 1600m. From here, you get a panoramic view of Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna. Sarangkot is famous for Paragliding as well. If you are willing to, we can also add Paragliding to our tour package.
After having beautiful views, we will drive down to Pokhara via Bidabasini Temple. Then we will visit another highlight of Pokhara that is Davis Fall. The water from Davis Fall forms a tunnel around 500 feet long and runs around 100 feet below the ground level. After witnessing this beautiful fall, we will visit the Gupteswor Cave (Mahendra Cave) near Davis Fall. The cave is formed by different rocks, mainly limestone, which sparkles when lights strike it. If we have time remaining, we will take a quick visit to Begnas Lake as well.
Overnight stay in the lakeside hotel, Pokhara.Waking up to the beautiful lakeside view is an excellent beginning to the day. After having breakfast, we will pack our bags and drive back to Kathmandu. We will be going through the same route. Watching the beautiful scenic view of hills and Trishuli River, we will reach Kathmandu valley.
Once back in the Kathmandu Valley, we’ll ensure your transfer to your hotel is smooth and hassle-free. You can relax in the hotel or walk around the sites near the hotel. You can also get some Nepali handicrafts and clothes from the Thamel area. You will relax and spend the night at a comfortable hotel in Kathmandu.
